In response to the CoVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, we are actively monitoring the CDC and the Florida Health Department for updates. We value your trust and commitment to our office and we remain dedicated to maintaining your health and well-being.
To ensure that no one is at an increased risk for transmission of the virus, everyone in our office staff are instituting respiratory protection protocols and universal precautions (i.e. disinfecting rooms, chairs, door handles, and any patient equipment used more than usual).
Phone screening is being done to all patients who have scheduled an upcoming visit, are requesting an appointment, and at check-in. We have also expanded our services to include curbside visits for anyone who may simply need a repair or check of their device(s).
Our waiting room chairs have been rearranged to allow social distancing between patients. No reading materials are on display and we are not allowing any person other than the patient to be in our waiting area.
Signs are posted to CALL US FIRST
for appointment requests and questions regarding CoVID-19 or if you are concerned if you have CoVID-19.
All patients will be asked the following questions at the time of call and at check-in:
• Do you have flu-like symptoms, recent loss of taste and smell, nausea, diarrhea, cough and shortness of breath?
• Have you had a direct contact with a confirmed case of CoVID-19?
• If you answered “yes” to any of the questions, please stay home and give us a call first. One of our team members will call you and help you with what to do next.
Thank you for your continued trust and confidence in us,
Lauren Laney, BC-HIS
